All In Real Estate Inc. was named after the belief that when you do something, you go "All In" and give it your very best effort. A commitment I give our clients and the public every single day! In addition to being the proud owner/broker of All In Real Estate Inc., I'm an active member of the National Association of Realtors and the Mid-Iowa Regional Board of Realtors.

Early in my professional career, I enjoyed working in various leadership and project management positions in the insurance and aerospace industries. After 25+ years in the corporate world, when family circumstances allowed, I made the decision to go "All In" to real estate and started working full-time as a Realtor® and property manager. One of the best decisions ever!

In addition to representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions, I (with my husband Dave) have bought and sold income properties throughout the years. I fully understand the importance of fairly navigating all things important to both the property owner/landlord and the tenants.

My husband and I grew up in eastern Iowa, purchased our first lake home at Holiday Lake (Brooklyn) in 2004, and then home at Lake Ponderosa (Montezuma) in 2008. We now enjoy living full-time at Lake Ponderosa and hanging out with our four adult children (and their families), who all reside in the Montezuma and/or the Cedar Rapids areas. Available downtime activities include boating, ranger riding, reading, and quality time spent with friends. I'm also a volunteer EMT with the City of Montezuma Fire and Ambulance Service and a member of the Lake Ponderosa Association board. I believe it's important to volunteer time and do what I can to support our community.
